By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the terms listed in our policies.
We process and ship out all of our “ON HAND” orders within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday. Wigs
have a processing time of 7-12 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been
shipped. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number.
A signature is required for orders over $500. Please contact us for "ON HAND" inventory if you need your
order sooner. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
All items are shipped through USPS priority mail which takes 1-3 business days. Fab Hair Co. is not
responsible for your package after it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or damaged
packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via. carrier, or incorrect shipping info. We are
not responsible for weather related delays. Please contact USPS if you have any problems, if any

REFUND POLICY Order Cancellation & Refunds Fab Hair Co. does not offer refunds, all sales are final. You will be charged $15 if your order has to be canceled. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order. Please note all Fab Hair Co. items are nonrefundable. EXCHANGE DETAILS We do not offer exchanges. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. Fab Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
