Shipping policy

 

Orders are considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment. Orders can take approximately 4-7 business days from the time of order to receive. Please contact us for "ON HAND" inventory if you need your order sooner.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process if inventory is "ON HAND". Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

All items are shipped through USPS priority mail which takes 1-3 business days. Fab Hair Collection is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via. carrier, or incorrect shipping info. We are not responsible for weather related delays. TRACKING DETAILS

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER DETAILS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. 

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. At that time, we work to reprocess your shipment.
