By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the terms listed in our policies. We process and ship out all of our “ON HAND” orders within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday. Wigs have a processing time of 7-12 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number. A signature is required for orders over $500. Please contact us for "ON HAND" inventory if you need your order sooner. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays All items are shipped through USPS priority mail which takes 1-3 business days. Fab Hair Co. is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via. carrier, or incorrect shipping info. We are not responsible for weather related delays. REFUND POLICY Order Cancellation & Refunds Fab Hair Co. does not offer refunds, all sales are final. You will be charged $15 if your order has to be canceled.
